What Happens if it Rains?
At our foam party events, safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. Please review our weather policy below so you know exactly what to expect in the event of inclement weather:
Before Your Event
We ask that you monitor the weather leading up to your scheduled party. You may contact us up to 2 hours before your start time if you have concerns. If weather conditions are not suitable, we’re happy to assist with rescheduling at no additional cost, based on availability.
If Rain Begins During Setup or Travel
If our team is en route or has already arrived and rain begins, we will pause and wait up to 30 minutes to see if conditions improve. If the rain continues and the event must be rescheduled, a $100 fee will be applied (deducted from your payment) to cover travel and labor costs. Any remaining balance will be credited toward a future event.
If Rain Starts After Setup
If setup is complete and the foam party has started for up to 29 minutes before rain begins, we will wait up to 30 minutes for the weather to clear. If conditions do not improve, a $150 fee will apply (deducted from your payment), and the remaining balance will be credited toward a rescheduled date.
If Rain Occurs During the Foam Party
If rain begins after 30+ minutes of foam play, we will wait an additional 30 minutes to see if it passes. If the weather does not improve, the event will need to end for safety reasons. In this case, no refunds will be issued; however, you will receive a $50 discount toward your next foam party.
Scheduling & Timing
Our events are scheduled back-to-back to allow for travel, setup, cleanup, and weather delays. For this reason, we are unable to extend wait times beyond 30 minutes. Please understand that while it may be raining at your location, our next event may be in a different area with clear conditions, so we must remain on schedule.
Light Rain & Conditions
Light rain (such as a mist or light sprinkle) will not prevent the foam party from continuing. However, if lightning is present in the area, the event will be paused or stopped immediately for safety.
Cold Weather Policy
The same guidelines apply to cold weather conditions. If temperatures are unsafe for operation, we will work with you to reschedule your event.

Rescheduling:
If you need to change your event date, we’re happy to help accommodate a new date at no additional charge, based on availability. We understand that plans can shift and will do our best to work with your schedule.
Cancellation & Refunds:
If you decide to cancel your booking and release your reserved date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
Example:
For a booking total of $450, the refund would be $225 (50%).
Why this policy exists:
When your reservation is confirmed, your date and time are reserved exclusively for you. A cancellation may prevent us from filling that spot with another booking, which results in lost opportunity. This policy helps us maintain fairness for all clients while also supporting our team and operations.
Same-Day Cancellation / After Setup
If our team arrives on-site and begins setup, and the event is canceled for any reason not related to weather, the full remaining balance will be forfeited.
At that point, the event is considered fulfilled, and any future booking will require full payment at the current rate.
