Foam Party Frequently Asked Questions

Browse our most frequently asked questions list below to learn everything you need to know!

How do foam happy parties work?

We arrive 30-60 minutes before the start time.

An hour of foam party uses 2 bath tubs full of water.

Sound system and the foam cannon starts up the party.

A foam party includes most of the same elements that a regular party would; music, dancing and even games. The only difference is that with a foam party, the dance floor will be covered in fun foam, which as you can imagine, gets people into party mode pretty quickly.

What areas do you serve?

We serve the greater Houston  area, and surrounding cities including Cypress, Katy, Fulshear, Tomball, Sugar Land, Rosenberg, Pearland, The Woodlands, Brookshire , Missouri City, and more. Depending on your location, we will adjust our travel fees accordingly.

Where should I have my Foam Party?

Outdoors on a clear, open, flat area is best. Our flexible set up allows us to set up on grass, driveways, parking lots, sport courts, etc.

Our Foam cannon alone can fill up an area of up to 20×20 ft.

Foam parties work on both grass and pavements without holes or obstructions

Is it slippery?

Surprisingly, the Foam does not make the ground very slippery at all. It’s mostly dense bubbles with minimal water and Foam solution added, so it does not leave a film on the ground like you might think. Surfaces can make a bit of a difference of course. Concrete, asphalt and rubber are best, while grass lawns can get just a little more slick.

We don’t recommend dirt surfaces because they get muddy. And we CANNOT create a foam zone on a high-gloss surface, like marble tile or recently glazed area.

What ages is a foam party good for?

Foam parties are loved by children (and adults) age 3-999!

Will it hurt my grass?

The foam itself will not harm your grass, but the feet running around may cause some wear. No more than any other activity you might have on your lawn, and certainly better than a giant, heavy inflatable though.

We do recommend rinsing the area after it dries to remove any access bubble remains, but we have never had any problems.

How do you clean up after a Foam Party?

There is absolutely zero cleanup for you! A large amount of the foam evaporates within a few minutes to hours depending on the weather if you want it to remain after we leave.

What should children wear to a foam party?

We recommend the children to wear light, comfortable clothing (a t-shirt and shorts or bathing suits).

For colored foam parties a white t-shirt is often fun to wear so the kids can enjoy seeing their shirts change color!

Lightweight shorts and shirts are advisable. Running through the foam will leave you damp and will dry off in the sun. But swimsuits are suitable for kids and adults who will be in the foam for longer periods.

Does the Foam burn eyes?
The foam solution is not as mild as Johnson and Johnson baby Shampoo. If directly exposed to the eyes it can be a mild irritant, but it should be more mild than the average child shampoo or body wash. So compare it to any shampoo bottle at Walmart with Spider-Man or Elsa on the bottle and the solution is most certainly more mild if exposed to the eyes than that. But it is more harsh than baby shampoo. And goggles are best for kids who chooses to play or sit inside the foam pile.
Do you get wet in the foam?

Running through foam may leave you damp and you can easily dry off in the sun.

Playing in the foam pile for longer will get you wet.

Swimsuits and towels are recommended.

Can I rent the foam cannon and operate it myself?
No, All of our services come with an operator (s).
What if it rains?

For the safety of your guests and our staff, we cannot set up for the foam party if rain looks imminent. Don’t fear! If the weather isn’t on our side, a rain check will be scheduled for an agreed  future date and  time.

Most importantly: IS FOAM SAFE???

Yes of course! Our foam solution is hypo-allergenic, dye-free, biodegradable, and gentle on skin. The foam solution will not harm kids. It is biodegradable, non-toxic and hypo-allergenic. It will not harm skin, clothes, pets or lawns.

Have questions about our foam ? No Problem !

We use only the highest quality solution for our foam. It’s bio-degradable, non-staining, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic! It’s also safe for babies, pets, and the environment including lawns and gardens.

Our foam is made up of Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Glycerol & Water. These are also the main ingredient used in things like shampoo, dish soap, and even toothpaste but without the additional chemicals and perfumes.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), a cleaning agent and surfactant, is an ingredient in many personal care and cleaning products. SLS is derived from natural sources like coconut and palm kernel oil.

Multiple scientific bodies have reviewed SLS as an ingredient in personal care and cleaning products and determined its typical use in these applications to be safe for both consumers and the environment. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) includes SLS on its list of multipurpose additives allowed as a direct food additive. For more information on SLS click here.

Glycerol, sometimes referred to as glycerin, is sugar alcohol widely used in a variety of personal care products, including toothpaste, hair conditioner, cosmetics, and moisturizers. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the primary regulator of over-the-counter products and food packaging materials. FDA has approved glycerol for use as an additive to food packaging materials. Glycerol also has been approved for use in skincare products. FDA has placed glycerol on its Generally Recognized as Safe List. For more information on Glycerol please click here.
