Foam Party Policies
Once the deposit is made, you are agreeing to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
The following outlines the cancellation policies for Xtreme Foam Fun. We expect that you are as excited to have your party as we are to have you as one of our clients, and as such, we anticipate that cancelations are going to be few and far between. In the unfortunate instance that you must cancel your party, we require as much advance notice as possible to both free up the equipment for another customer and also to ensure your deposit is available to be retained as a raincheck.
We require a $150* retainer to reserve your date.
If for some unforeseen reason your event needs to be canceled, all cancelations 7 days or more will have the $150* non-refundable retainer rolled into a rain check. That rain check will be held on file for one year from the date of cancellation.
If for some reason your event has been paid in full, and canceled within 7 days, 50 % refund will be submitted to our merchant processor for refund within 5-7 business days. You can also choose to hold the entire amount on rain check, please just tell us when you call.
Day-of-Event and Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the party, or cancelled upon arrival or during set up will receive no refund or rain check.
There are no refund at any time for the administrative costs associated with securing insurance certificates for churches/camps/daycares/schools/etc.
*Some events require a higher retainer.
Weather policy
Weather:
Xtreme Foam Fun cannot guarantee weather conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule prior to the event.
1. Weather Monitoring:
- We will closely monitor weather conditions leading up to the event.
2. Rain Policy:
- Light Rain: The party will proceed as planned. Foam can still be used, and attendees are encouraged to enjoy the weather.
- Moderate to Heavy Rain: The event will be postponed. A decision will be made 2 hours before the event starts. **If we arrive at the event and it starts to rain, there is no refund or rain check will be issued for any reason**
3. Wind Policy:
- Light Winds (up to 10 mph): The party will continue as scheduled.
- Moderate Winds (10-20 mph): Foam may be adjusted.
- Strong Winds (over 20 mph): The party will be canceled for safety reasons anda raincheck issued.
4. Cancellations and Refunds:
- In the event of a cancellation due to weather, a raincheck will be issued and it will be good for up to 1 year. We do not issue refunds.
5. Safety First:
- The safety of our guests is our priority. If severe weather conditions are imminent or if we have reason to believe that the equipment and/or its users may be in danger we will cancel or reschedule your event. Some examples of severe weather conditions are rain, snow, thunder, and lightning.
